A bunch of FC bloggers got together over the weekend, at the invitation of Jill.Some folks may have been under the impression we weren't able to make it. On the contrary! As the picture notes we had an excellent view of the proceedings from our vantage point on the far side of a nearby parked vehicle.

Blogs are coming of age, at least for myself, with the parties for bloggers and users, the party in West Hollywood sponsored by Media Bistro and Blogging L.A. a few months ago, was an event not too miss.
Back in the late 1980’s I ran a BBS (Bulletin Board System) and would get together with the other SysOp’s (System Operators) for semi-annual parties for our users and us. The parties went so well; we had to move from pizza parlors to parks, with over one hundred in attendance.
I will keep my eyes on this blog for the next get together, better yet, send me something in advance so I can also advertise the event.
